Ridgefield Apartments acted as its own construction manager (CM). The construction team consisted of, project manager Mike Mannion, and project coordinator and leasing agent Laure Thomas. Mike Taylor oversaw financial management.

Steve Zemo added; “as a 20 unit multi-family rental building we where sensitive to storm water management, landscape and construction material selections all of which resulted in our Gold Level certification.” The innovative ZIP sheathing system which greatly increased the insulation values, were supplied by Ridgefield Supply.
