8.30g Program Unit - Deadline to Apply

We have an opportunity at 76 Governor Street for (1) income restricted unit AVAILABLE OCT 15, 2026.  This median income 8.30g program unit has an annual qualification required of the tenant during renewal and an annual adjustment to rent during May of each year.  Rental Pricing now is $2,136.00 Monthly. The annual income for all occupants over 18 must be between $75,000.00 and a max of $93,240.00. The Applicant must have a MINIMUM credit score of 670.

Upon receiving your application, the Administrator will forward an income and asset worksheet so you can provide information necessary to determine, 1) ELIGIBILITY, and, 2) ACCEPTABLE INCOME VERIFICATION for PRE-CERTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY. Please note: 2% of any assets you have will be added to the income to determine the Applicants TOTAL QUALIFYING income.

Once it is determined that you are eligible, you will be invited to visit the unit. The Administrator will contact you directly to request all income-verification documents required per the details of the application to complete the application process.

The deadline to apply is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 – NO Appointments – NO calls will be accepted.
